Here at ARBOR OAKS DENTAL we like to follow a few very simple, yet fundamental principles, that are essential to providing exceptional patient care and the ultimate dental experience.
One of our major roles as a team is informing, educating and providing knowledge to our patients allowing them to make decisions which best fits their specific dental desires and needs. To accomplish this, our job is full disclosure-the good and the bad. With the advancement of technology, materials and techniques we no longer need to let PAIN or DISCOMFORT drive treatment planning or dental treatments. With comprehensive planning we can catch and remedy issues at an early stage, typically minimizing any pain or discomfort, along with providing very conservative treatment options. Our goal is to provide all patients with these comprehensive and conservative options. We strive to provide this knowledge and education for our patients so they are armed with information to make an informed decision about the options that would fit them best. This is a difficult concept for many professionals, but full disclosure is essential, so patients are fully equipped to make the decisions that will lead them to optimal oral health, and conversely, the understanding of the consequences if no action taken. We feel these decisions are YOURS to make, and our role is to make sure you have all the information needed to make such important choices.
Create An Extraordinary Dental Experience:
Let’s face it, we know the dental office is one of the last places most people would like to be. We understand and accept this. That’s why we strive to make your visit the most pleasant it can be. We provide complimentary cookies, water, and coffee, along with a warm lavender scented towel after your appointment. We also have complimentary WIFI and Netflix upon request. We invest in the best technologies and techniques to allow for an un-invasive, efficient and surprisingly enjoyable dental experience. Our goal is our patient’s comfort. Please let us know how we can help!!!!!
A Better Way?
Our team is committed to continuous improvement. Whether it’s the flavors and quality of the complimentary cookies and coffee, to the knowledge, skills and techniques we can provide and offer. We live in a world where things are moving and changing so rapidly, that we feel it is our job to do our very best to stay cutting edge to provide our patients with the latest and greatest in technology and quality care. Dr. Brawner does hundreds of hours of Continuing Education (CE) a year in addition to his annual requirements for this exact reason. He feels it allows himself and his team to perform at the highest level possible. We constantly and continually ask….”is there a better way?” , in an attempt to always be improving.
